Mikri Koprana ( Greek Μικρή Κοπράνα = Small Koprana ) is an approximately 1120 m high elevation of the Selena Mountains in the east of the Greek island of Crete .

While the summit is accessible from the south and east, it drops steeply to the north. In the west it first drops steeply a few meters and then runs out into a depression. The late Minoan hilltop settlement of Karphi was located in this depression between Mikri Koprana and the Karfi summit, about 170 m further west . A Minoan sanctuary was found on the southern slope of the mountain. The Megali Koprana ( Great Koprana ) elevation is around 400 m south .

The name Koprana means excrement and is supposed to indicate that herds of sheep and goats were previously kept here and that their legacies were therefore discovered.
