Milan Dudić (born November 1, 1979 in Kraljevo , Yugoslavia ) is a former Serbian football player . Most recently he was under contract with SK Sturm Graz .

Career

Dudić began his active career at Magnorhom, a club in his native Serbia. He came to Čukarički Belgrade , his first professional club , in 1998 through Bane Raska, Sloga Kraljevo and Korngrap Belgrad . In 2002 he moved to the Serbian top club Red Star Belgrade . After four years at Roter Stern, he received an offer from the Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg before the 2006 World Cup in Germany , which he also accepted.

Since then he has been under contract with the people of Mozart . Internationally, he played 13 times for the Serbian national team . Before that he also played for the national team of the Confederation of Serbia and Montenegro . He took part in the 2006 soccer World Cup in Germany, where he was used twice and received a yellow card once. The Serb caused a sensation when in the last group game against Ivory Coast he owed two penalties with two hand games in the penalty area, which also resulted in two goals, and his team lost 3-2. With Serbia and Montenegro, he left the group last.

In November 2007 he was operated on after an injury to his Achilles tendon . He made his comeback on February 23, 2008 against FK Austria Wien . Dudic played through. In the 2008/09 championship season, the victim of injuries only made nine appearances. In the following season under Huub Stevens , when Salzburg were again champions, he came on 13 missions, where he scored one goal.

At Red Bull Salzburg, his expiring contract was not renewed at the end of the 2010/11 season and the defensive player was declared without a club after the end of the season. On July 21, Dudic was signed by the Austrian Bundesliga club Sturm Graz . After his contract expired, he ended his playing career in summer 2014.
