The Milan skirt is a rocky outcrop in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . It rises 3 km southeast of Mount Hartkopf on the eastern flank of the Land Glacier near its head end.

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1972 after Frederick T. Milan, who was on board as a long-term member of the VX-6 flight squadron an LC-130 Hercules took part in the first flight on June 25, 1964 at the time near the Antarctic winter solstice .
