Milena Cillerová (born August 12, 1945 in Jilemnice ) is a former Czechoslovak cross-country skier .

Cillerová took second place at the Lahti Ski Games in 1970 and third place in the relay in 1971. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1970 in Vysoké Tatry she was fifth with the relay. In February 1972 she ran at the Winter Olympics in Sapporo on 30th place over 10 km, 22nd place over 5 km and sixth place with the relay. At the Czechoslovak Championships Cillerová won seven times with the relay (1968-1974), five times over 5 km (1967, 1968, 1971-1973) and twice over 10 km (1971, 1972).
