Blue service booklet and green military certificate.

The military performance certificate (MLA) , together with the service booklet, is one of the two certificates that accompany a Swiss member of the armed forces (AdA) during their entire service life. While the service booklet contains the military data, the military performance record focuses on the military performance achieved.
