The building was erected in 1829 (according to other information in 1819) by JD Spannagel in the classical style and is a two-storey plastered building with a strictly symmetrical facade structure. Above a cornice with dentil frieze is a slated hipped roof .
A high entrance portal with a triangular gable roof on a transom plate is supported by side pilasters with capitals . The building has five window axes in simple frames, which have a cornice on the ground floor . The bath house belonging to the property is also listed. The interior of the building was lovingly restored in 2014 by exposing the original floor coverings and wall designs. Since then, the buildings have been used commercially and rented out to private individuals.
