Mind-X
Mind-X (* 29. September 1972 in Bern ; bourgeois André Forrer ) is a Swiss House - and Trance - DJ and music producer .
Life
André Forrer started as a DJ in 1990, first under a different pseudonym, and from 1992 as Mind-X. He is one of the founders and pioneers of trance music in Switzerland. As early as 1994 he played at legendary Inca Warehouse parties in Bern. His national breakthrough came with his performance at Energy 1996. His first major fame outside of Switzerland was the singles Nightingale and Never Talk to Aliens , which were released in 1998 and 1999. Since then he has been booked internationally.
Together with Torsten Stenzel , Mind-X produced several singles. The two released Oasis , 2002 and Paraglide as "The Sunseekers" . In 2003 they released the single No More Sun under the pseudonym "Shivago" . Later he produced other singles as a co-producer with Ralf Fritsch and Ingo Kunzi.
DJ Mind-X has released his tracks and remixes on various labels and has so far released six albums, over 20 compilations and 25 singles. He delivered the official Street Parade CD 2016 as a Trance Edition, released three singles and contributed the remix of the official Street Parade anthem by Mr. Da-Nos Unique for the 25th anniversary parade 2016.
