Mindaugas Kuklierius (born May 19, 1972 in the Kaunas Rajongemeinde ) is a Lithuanian former politician and Vice Minister of Agriculture .

Life

After graduating from high school, he completed a master's degree in agricultural economics and organization at the Faculty of Economics at Lietuvos žemės ūkio universitetas in 1996 . In 1996 he participated in the student exchange program with Southern Illinois University and the University of Illinois . From 1999 to 2000 he studied at Odense Universitet and in 2006 politics at the University of Birmingham . From 1993 to 1994 he continued his education in Denmark (direction milk production in agriculture). From 1997 to 1999 he was director of the international cooperation department at the Ministry of Agriculture of Lithuania .

From 2000 to 2001 he was Vice Minister. From 2001 to 2003 he worked at Vilniaus bankas and from 2003 to 2005 Nord / LB as a credit analyst. From 2008 to 2009 he was a ministerial advisor. From April 2009 he was Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Lithuania (Deputy Minister Kazys Starkevičius in the Cabinet Kubilius II ), from December 2012 to July 2014 he was Deputy Minister of Vigilijus Jukna in the Cabinet Butkevičius . He made it to the "black list" of the Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė and should leave politics. After that, he worked as an attaché of the Lithuanian agriculture .
