Ministry of Culture and Islamic Leadership
The Ministry of Culture and Islamic Leadership ( Persian وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی) or briefly schad (ارشاد, 'Instructions') of the Islamic Republic of Iran is an authority responsible for controlling communications.
