Minna Wagner (singer)
Minna Wagner , married Minna Ueberhorst , (born October 25, 1840 Nordhausen ; died December 28, 1910 in Dresden ) was a German theater actress and opera singer .
Life
Wagner was the daughter of Theodor Wagner, famous bon vivant and first “Parisian good-for-nothing” in Germany, and Mathilde Wagner , at the time an actress at the Carltheater. She was a popular singing soubrette and was particularly successful as an operetta singer from 1864 to the mid-1880s on outstanding stages such as Vienna, Hamburg, Munich and Dresden.
She was married to the opera singer and writer Karl Ueberhorst .
