Minuscule 91 (numbered after Gregory-Aland ), O 14 ( from Soden ) is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament on 313 sheets of parchment (32.4 × 23.7 cm). Using paleography , the manuscript was dated to the 11th century. The handwriting is incomplete.

description

The manuscript contains the text of the New Testament other than the Gospels . It was written in one column with 40 lines each. The manuscript contains Prolegomena, tables of κεφαλαια, κεφαλαια, τιτλοι, Synaxarion and Menologion.

It contains comments. The commentary on Acts and the Epistles is that of Pseudo-Oecumenius; the one on Revelation is the commentary by Arethas of Caesarea .

The order of the books is: Acts of the Apostles , Catholic Letters , Pauline Letters and Revelation of John with gaps.

The Greek text of the Codex represents the Byzantine text type . Kurt Aland didn't put him in any category .

history

The manuscript was examined by Bernard de Montfaucon , Johann Jakob Wettstein , Johann Jakob Griesbach and Johann Martin Augustin Scholz .

It used to be kept in Hamburg. The code is in the Bibliothèque nationale de France (Gr. 219) in Paris .
