Mir Boschi ( Russian Мир Божий , - original spelling: Мiръ Божiй: God's World ) was a literary and popular science magazine for autodidactics , which was published monthly in Saint Petersburg from 1892 to 1906 in Russian.

The publisher was Alexander Kuprin's mother-in-law Alexandra Arkadyevna Davydova. Viktor Petrovich Ostrogorsky was the editors-in-chief until 1902 and Fyodor Dmitrijewitsch Batjuschkow until 1906. After a "political evaluation" by the Tsar's censors, the magazine was banned in July 1906 and Batyushkov was brought to justice. However, the periodical appeared again from October 1906 under the new title Sowremenny mir ( Russian Современный мир , Modern World ). Nikolai Ivanovich Iordansky was editor-in-chief from May 1909 to 1918 .

In 1898, Lenin reviewed the 1897 Brief Outline of Economic Science in Alexander Bogdanov's magazine .

From 1892 to 1918 wrote for the magazine as the geologist Walerijan Konstantinowitsch Agafonov, the historian Grigory Awetowitsch Dschanschijew and Pavel Milyukov , the anthropologist Dmitry Andreyevich Koroptschewski, the playwright Dmitry Narkissowitsch Mamin-Sibiryak , the journalist Emilija Kirillovna Pimenowa, the Legal Marxists Mikhail Iwanowitsch Tugan-Baranowski , the translator Olga Nikolajewna Tschjumina and the economist Boris Ossipowitsch Efrussi.

From the pen of Konstantin Michailowitsch Stanjukowitsch appeared articles about the naval war fleet of the Tsar.
