Mirjam Kubescha

Mirjam Kubescha (* 1971 in Gießen ) is a German director.

Kubescha is a graduate of the University of Television and Film Munich . She received international awards for her first short films Inside the Boxes (official contribution to the Cannes Film Festival with Robert Giggenbach ) and Sisters (post-war drama with Julia Richter ). She made her feature film debut in 2003 with Germanija (in the lead role Monica Bleibtreu ).
