Mirko Canevaro
Mirko Canevaro (* in Alessandria ) is an Italian ancient historian .
Life
Mirko Canevaro studied at the Università degli Studi di Torino , where he obtained his BA (2006) and MA (2008). He went to Durham University for three years to do his doctorate , where he received his doctorate in Classics . He was then a fellow at the British School at Athens and an Alexander von Humboldt Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Mannheim in 2012/13 . In 2013 he went to Edinburgh University as a Fellow , where he was appointed Reader in Greek History in 2017 .
