Mirko Vogt (born March 29, 1972 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

The midfielder began his career at SSV Erkrath in 1919 and moved to Wuppertaler SV in 1988 . Four years later, Vogt rose to the 2nd Bundesliga with the Wuppertal team . On September 8, 1992 Vogt made his second division debut in the 2-0 win of the Wuppertal against Fortuna Düsseldorf . Since he was only a reservist, Vogt moved a year later to the second division promoted Rot-Weiss Essen . With the Essenes he reached the final in the DFB Cup , which was lost to Werder Bremen .

At the end of the season, Rot-Weiss Essen was forced to relegate due to manipulated documents. Vogt then moved to the regional division TuS Paderborn-Neuhaus , for whom he played four years before moving to SC Verl in 1998 . Two years later he switched to SV Lippstadt 08 , where he ended his career in the summer of 2001. From 2010 to 2015 Mirko Vogt was assistant trainer at SV Lippstadt 08.
