Athletic career

Kubisztal began his career in the adult sector at the lower class Unia Tarnów before moving to the then second division KS Cracovia during the winter break in early 1984 . In the summer of 1991 Kubisztal left his home country and joined Örebro SK in the Allsvenskan . In 1994 he scored 19 goals this season, placing him behind Niclas Kindvall of IFK Norrköping in second place in the scorers list. In the summer of 1997 he returned to Poland and played for Wolania Wola Rzędzińska until 1999 . In the first half of the 2002/03 season he was again for the fourth division Dąbrovia Dąbrowa Tarnowska and in the 2006/07 season for the lower class club Skrzyszovia Skrzyszów on the field.
