The Missionswerk Werner Heukelbach is a non-denominational Christian mission society with evangelical character, named after its founder, the preacher Werner Heukelbach (1898–1968). It has its German headquarters in Bergneustadt in the Bergisches Land and another one in Zofingen in Switzerland and one in Gleisdorf in Austria.

The foundation was set up by Werner Heukelbach, who belonged to the Free Church Brethren movement , from 1946/47 in his place of birth Wiedenest , which is now a district of Bergneustadt. In the following 20 years it endeavored to spread the Christian faith with millions of small letters (information booklets, brochures, tracts, calendars, etc.) and newspaper supplements. Mid-1960s was the Mission Werner Heukelbach the largest font missionary work in Europe. Radio broadcasts (from 1958 to 2015 via the Marnach medium wave 1440 kHz), telephone messages and tent missions were added later. In the meantime, there is a dedicated radio station, RadioHBR , which can be received via the Internet and broadcasts short devotions, Bible lectures, sermons and Christian music all day.

The mission work names the Bible and the preaching mandate contained therein as the basis for its work . This results in the goal defined by the foundation "... to pass on the message of Christ and his work of redemption on the cross to people of all ages."

After Werner Heukelbach's death, the founder's mission work was led by the mission leaders Manfred Paul (1978–2002) and later Rudi Joas.
