Pickles ( English "Mixed pickles " ) or even Pickles ( plural ) is a savory side dish, consisting of various fruits and vegetables parts with Spanish pepper and other spices in sharp ethyl inserted are.

The side dish originally comes from the East Indies , but is now mainly popular in England and North America . The ingredients used are vegetables that are easy to grow even in Central Europe, such as small cucumbers and onions, green beans, young corn on the cob, cauliflower and the like.
