Mizukumi Stream

The Mizukumi Stream ( Japanese 水 汲 み 沢 Mizukumi-zawa , German 'Wassermalfluss' ) is a meltwater river on the East Ongul Island off the Prince Harald coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It lies north of Hachinosu Peak .
Aerial photographs and measurements by Japanese scientists from 1957 to 1962 were used to map it. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names transferred the Japanese designation in 1968 in a partial translation into English.
