Mjøllkvævane (Norwegian for powder snow cauldrons ) are a series of snow-covered mountain basins in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Payer group of Hoelfjella they are on the east side of Kvævefjellet .
Norwegian cartographers, who also descriptively named these mountain basins, mapped them using aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
