Mohamed Ali Mahjoubi (born December 28, 1966 ) is a former Tunisian football player .

Career

Mahjoubi began his career at the Tunisian first division club AS Marsa , with whom he won the Tunisian Cup in 1990 . In 1991 he moved to the German second division club Eintracht Braunschweig . After Eintracht's relegation from the 2nd division, Mahjoubi returned to his home country in 1993. Here he was active until 1996 for the Tunisian record champion Espérance Tunis , where he next to the Tunisian championship a . a. also won the African Cup of Champions Clubs , today's CAF Champions League.

Between 1985 and 1995 Mahjoubi also played a total of 86 international matches for Tunisia , in which he scored 17 goals. With the Tunisian selection he took part in the 1988 Olympic Games and the 1994 African Cup of Nations.
