Mohammad Saleem

Mohammad Saleem is a former Pakistani squash player .

Career

Saleem was active as a squash player in the 1960s and 1970s. With the Pakistani national team he took part in the World Cup in 1967 , 1969 , 1971 , 1976 and 1977 . After a fourth place in 1969 and a third place in 1971, he was runner-up behind Great Britain in 1976 . The following year he managed to win the World Cup with the team in front of New Zealand .

His younger brother Maqsood Ahmed was also a squash player and, like Saleem, was part of the 1977 world championship team.
