Mohammed Faruq al-Nabhan

Mohammed Faruq al-Nabhan ( Arabic محمد فاروق النبهان, DMG Muḥammad Fārūq al-Nabhān ; * 1940 in Aleppo ) is a Syrian Islamic lawyer and university professor in Morocco.

He is the former director of the Dar Al-Hadith Al-Hasaniya Institute in Rabat , Morocco .

He is a member of the Academy of the Kingdom of Morocco (أكاديمية المملكة المغربية/ Royal Moroccan Academy ).

He is one of the Senior Fellows of the Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought .

He was one of the 138 signatories of the open letter a common word between us and you ( Engl. A Common Word Between Us and You ), the personalities of Islam to "leaders of Christian churches everywhere" (Engl. "Leaders of Christian Churches, everywhere ... “) (October 13, 2007).
