Mohammed Yusuf (born November 5, 1983 in Nigeria ) is a Nigerian football player who currently plays for Al-Hilal Khartoum .

Career

The defender won the CAF Champions League in 2003 and 2004 with Enyimba FC before moving to Al-Hilal in Sudan in 2006 . With Al-Hilal he was Sudanese champion in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

On January 23, 2009 he moved to FC Sion . Mohammed had to undergo a medical examination and negotiated a three-and-a-half-year period with FC Sion in which the transfer fee could be paid.

Mohammed, then 24, followed in the footsteps of his compatriot Obinna Nwaneri , who had switched to FC Sion two years earlier .

Mohammed, who has already made eleven international matches for Nigeria , also got an offer from Paris Saint-Germain , but he decided to extend his contract with FC Sion .

In May 2010 he returned to Al-Hilal Khartoum .
