CAF Champions League 2004

The CAF Champions League 2004 began on March 6, 2004 with the preliminary round and ended on December 4, 2004 with the final second leg between Étoile Sportive du Sahel from Tunisia and FC Enyimba from Nigeria . The winner was the defending champion FC Enyimba, who lost 2-1 in the second leg after a 2-1 home win in the first leg. The team from Nigeria then won 8: 7 on penalties. This was Enyimba FC's second title win.

A total of 53 teams from 42 regional associations took part in the tournament.
