Africa Sports National is an Ivorian football club based in Abidjan .
history
On April 27, 1947, the Club Sportif Bété was founded, the statutes were adopted on August 27, thereby enabling participation in the 1947/48 season. In September 1948 the name was changed to the current name. The Afrique Sports version had previously been selected; other proposals had been Étoile Polaire and Racing Club de l'Ouest .
Africa Sports had its greatest successes in the 1980s when the championship was dominated and the national cup could be won several times. In addition, the club was in the final of the African Cup Winners' Cup four times and the title was won twice. In addition, he won the African Supercup in 1992. In 1993 they only failed in the final.
