ASC Diaraf ( Association Sportive et Culturelle Diaraf ) is a Senegalese football club from the capital Dakar .
history
The club was as Foyer France Senegal founded by Papa Guèye case on May 9, 1933 as a cultural association, was given in 1946 a sports department and took in the 1940s and 1950s at the Coupe d'AOF , the cup competition of the French colonial federation of French West Africa in part and won the title in 1948. This title was later followed by national championship and cup titles in independent Senegal. For the 2009/10 season Diaraf is playing in Ligue 1 , Senegal's top division.
