Mohd Assri Merzuki (born December 28, 1994 in Sarawak ) is a Malaysian tennis player .

Career

Mohd Assri Merzuki mainly plays on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Future Tour . He has celebrated a double victory on the Future Tour so far.

He made his first appearance on the world tour level together with Syed Mohd Agil Syed Naguib , with whom he formed a pair, at the Malaysian Open in Kuala Lumpur in September 2012. There they lost their first round game against Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin Matkowski with 1 : 6 and 3: 6. He had another appearance at the side of Pablo Carreño Busta at the Malaysian Open in September 2013. Here, too, he lost his opening game.

Mohd Assri Merzuki has played for the Malaysian Davis Cup team since 2010 . For this he competed in 15 matches, with a balance of 7: 7 in singles and 5: 1 in doubles.
