Molly Malene Stensgaard
Molly Malene Stensgaard (born January 22, 1966 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish film editor .
Stensgaard studied at the Danish Film School . From 1994 she edited almost all productions of the director Lars von Trier . She also worked for Annette K. Olesen and Ole Bornedal . Her work includes more than 30 film and television productions.
In 2007 she was a member of the jury at the Berlinale . In 2015 she was honored with the Bodil Special Prize.
In 2017 she was accepted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), which awards the Oscars every year.
