Final Hour is a Danish horror film from 1995.
action
The boulevard magazine “Last Hour” with reporter Mickey Holm reports live from a series of murders at Elverhøj- Gymnasium . Seven students are locked in the biology room with a murdered teacher . On television, they learn that instead of detention, they are about to take a survival trial. Some of the students remember that a teacher at their school was murdered by unknown perpetrators after he had raped a student.
Rasmus is the first to try to escape over the roof, but falls to his death in the process. When Inga and Iris flee through the suddenly open door, the television announces an urgent suspicion against Inga. The other four students also leave the room to find Iris' body on a stove. While searching for a phone, they also discover Inga's dead body.
When it turns out that the dead teacher does not exist according to the teacher directory, Kenneth runs angrily through the hallway and becomes the next victim of the serial killer. The caretaker Madsen lets Mickey into the building with a camera. There the reporter films the dead rope. Now there are only two students left.
Nicoline climbs into a heating shaft while Augusta hides in a closet. When Nicoline comes out again, she sees Augusta standing dead by the ball of a tape generator . She meets the perpetrator and tries to escape from him.
Mickey speaks of a curse that is on the school and announces that Nicoline is the last victim. A few moments later she is murdered. In the final scene, the seven students sit in the biology room as they did at the beginning and speak of a déjà vu .
criticism
"A cinematic disaster without logic, enriched with horrific dialogues and played by pathetic actors."
