Monthly Journal of Psychiatry and Neurology

The monthly review of psychiatry and neurology (French: Revue mensuelle de psychiatrie et de neurologie ; English: Monthly review of psychiatry and neurology ) was a specialist journal for psychiatry and neurology .

It appeared from Volume 1 (1897) to Volume 132 (1956) under this title. From volume 133 (1957) to volume 154 (1967) the journal Psychiatria et Neurologia was called: International monthly for psychiatry and neurology . The journal was then split up and continued as Psychiatria Clinica (today Psychopathology ) and European Neurology .

The articles were written in German, French and English.

The magazine was founded by Carl Wernicke and Theodor Draw and edited and continued by Karl Bonhoeffer . Jakob Klaesi was later editor. It was published by Karger Verlag , first in Berlin, then in Basel.
