Monika Buttler

Monika Buttler (born May 6, 1939 in Berlin ) is a German journalist and writer .

Life

After graduating from high school in Hamburg, she studied German and literature . Then she worked as a journalist with a focus on home aesthetics . She published various non-fiction books, including a. about the " Caucasus diet " and about the widespread disease asthma . She also translated from Danish.

Since 2001 Monika Buttler has published detective novels (" Herzraub ", " Abendfrieden ") and numerous short stories. In 2005 her autobiography " Das Hitler-Ei " was published.

Monika Buttler is married and lives in Hamburg.
