Monika Ražanauskienė
Monika Ražanauskienė (* 1947 in Liesioniai , Alytus district ) is a Lithuanian politician , former mayor of the Alytus district.
Life
After graduating from high school in Pivašiūnai near Alytus from 1955 to 1966 , Monika completed her diploma studies at the Pedagogical Institute in Vilnius as a biology and agriculture teacher. 1966–1980 she worked in the Kančėnai elementary school, then in Bukauciškės, Vaikantoniai. From 1980 to 1990, she worked as a local civil servant in the Trakai district . From 2004 to 2007 she was the mayor of the Alytus district. From 2003 to 2015 she was a member of the municipality council.
From 1995 she was a member of Tėvynės sąjunga , from 2010 Lietuvos valstiečių liaudininkų sąjunga .

She is married to Jonas Ražanauskas and has three children Rasa, Jūratė and Andrius.
