Monika Zin

Monika Zin (* 1957 ) is a Polish Indologist .

Life

She studied theater studies , literature and art history at the Jagiellonian University (1981 Magister ), stage design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow and Indology and Indian art history at the University of Munich . After receiving her doctorate in Munich in 1990 and her habilitation there in 2000, she is an adjunct professor for Indian art history there.

Her areas of expertise are Indian and Central Asian art history and Indian drama.
