The Monte Osorno is a 634 m high and snow-covered mountain on Greenwich Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises up between the ice channels on the north coast of the island.
Scientists of the 2nd Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1947–1948) named it after the Osorno volcano in Chile .
