The Vipers de Montpellier (official name: Montpellier Agglomération Hockey Club ) are a French ice hockey team from Montpellier , which was founded in 2002 and plays in Division 3 , the fourth highest French ice hockey league, in the 2014/15 season .
history
The Montpellier Agglomération Hockey Club was founded in 2002. The team initially started in the fourth-class Division 3 , whose championship title they won in 2003 straight away. A year later, the division 2 championship followed and the direct march through to the second-class Division 1 , in which the Vipers played for a long time. Since 2014 they have only competed in Division 3.
