Moora is a village in the Australian state of Western Australia with around 1,600 inhabitants. The village is 177 kilometers north of Perth in the Wheatbelt region .
The city is the most extensive wheat growing area between Geraldton and Perth . In 1999 the city was flooded twice due to heavy rains.
Events
The Moora Agricultural Show takes place every September and offers, among other things, riding and fire shows, as well as a fashion show.
The next month the Moora Cup Race Day takes place.
