Moore (racing car)

Moore was an American chassis manufacturer in monoposto racing cars in the 1950s.

Moore racing cars competed in the Indianapolis 500 mile races in 1950, 1951 and 1959 . In 1950 Lee Wallard finished sixth with his Moore- Offenhauser , a success that Henry Banks repeated a year later when he was also sixth. In 1959, Bob Veith crossed the finish line with his Moore in twelfth place.
