Moraldo Rossi
Moraldo Rossi (born January 1, 1926 in Venice ) is an Italian screenwriter and film director .
Life
Rossi was a good friend of Federico Fellini and worked on his films in various positions, mostly as assistant director , until 1959 . In the years that followed, he wrote several unremarkable scripts for other directors and directed an episode of Cronache del '22 himself. After the failure of his film La coda del diavolo in 1964, which went unpublished, Rossi only returned to the film business once in 1983 for a second-unit direction of the comedy Vacanze di Natale . Instead, he went to television, where he oversaw over a thousand episodes of the television program Carosello . He was also active as an author.
