Moritz Edenfeld

Moritz Edenfeld (also Moses Edenfeld ; born November 2, 1811 in Veitshöchheim , † August 18, 1865 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a German businessman and politician .

Edenfeld was of Jewish faith and the son of Simon Edenfeld. With his wife Amalie Goldschmidt he moved to the Free City of Frankfurt in 1841 and lived there as a cloth merchant. There he was also politically active and in 1865 was a member of the legislative body of the Free City of Frankfurt.
