Moritz Kuhn (economist)

Moritz Kuhn (* 1980 ) is a German professor of economics at the University of Bonn .

Career

Nikolas Moritz Kuhn studied economics at the University of Mannheim and wrote his dissertation there from 2005 to 2010 with the title Topics in dynamic macroeconomics , supervised by Tom Krebs . From April 2010 to July 2014 he was assistant professor at the University of Bonn , then associate professor and from 2019 full professor.

Since 2016 he has been co-editor of the journal Macroeconomic Dynamics and since 2017 Research Fellow of CESIfo . Since 2019 he has been part of the scientific advisory board of the Institute for Employment Research (IAB).

Kuhn does research on the macroeconomics of inequality , the labor market and human capital .
