In 2005, Morningwood reached the finals of the “Who's Next” competition organized by Yahoo! Her debut album Morningwood was released in 2006. It was produced by Gil Norton . After touring with Head Automatica , Morningwood went on a major US tour with Action Action and The Sounds in 2006 .
Her song Nth Degree was in the preview of the 2006 MTV Movie Awards to hear.
After a last tour in 2012, Morningwood broke up, Chantal Claret denies a solo career.
