Morris (Moshe) Talansky ( Hebrew מוריס (משה) טלנסקי; * ~ 1933) is a businessman from Long Island , USA . Together with Ehud Olmert , Prime Minister of the State of Israel , he founded the Jerusalem Fund.

In 2008, an investigation was launched against Olmert on suspicion of bribery. Talansky is one of two key witnesses in the trial, prosecutors believe that Olmert illegally received millions of shekels through illegal fundraising campaigns over a period of 15 years.
