The Mosbytoppane ( Norwegian ) are two rocky outcrops or peaks in the west of the sub-Antarctic Bouvet Island in the South Atlantic . They rise south of the Aagaardbreen and east of the Esmarch coast .

Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1980 based on the name of the Mosbytoppen , which was described as a single peak in 1927. Its namesake is the Norwegian oceanographer and meteorologist Håkon Mosby (1903–1989), who was involved in the first research voyage of the Norvegia (1927–1928) under Captain Harald Horntvedt in this area.
