The Moselle Bridge Löf-Alken is a road bridge between Löf and Alken . It branches off from the B 416 and B 49 and crosses them and the Moselle .
The completion of the bridge over the Moselle, which began on April 23, 1970, was of particular importance for the economy and infrastructure of the communities of Löf and Alken. It is the only Moselle bridge between the Moselle gold bridge in Kobern-Gondorf and the road bridge in Treis-Karden. The construction costs for the 164 meter long and 6.60 meter wide bridge came to around 7.8 million DM , which were raised by the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and the district of Mayen-Koblenz . The bridge was opened to traffic on June 30, 1972.
