Moses Hart
Moses Hart ( Hebrew משה הרט; * 1675 in Breslau ; † 1756 in London ) was an English businessman and founder of the Duke's Place Synagogue ( Great Synagogue of London ). He was the brother of Rabbi Aaron Hart , the chief rabbi of the Ashkenazi Jews in England. He is seen as the leader of what was then Ashkenazi Jewry in London.
