Motoyasu Takeuchi ( Japanese 竹 内 元 康 , Takeuchi Motoyasu ; born August 11, 1964 ) is a former Japanese ski jumper .

Career

Takeuchi made his international debut at the 1991 Nordic World Ski Championships in Val di Fiemme on February 16, 1991 . He jumped from the normal hill to 33rd place. On December 14, 1991 he made his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup in Sapporo and reached 24th place on the normal hill. A day later he won his only two World Cup points with 14th place on the large hill. With these points he finished the 1991/92 season in 54th place in the overall World Cup ranking. Also in the following season he jumped both competitions in Sapporo, but could not win any more World Cup points. In 1993 he switched to the Ski Jumping Continental Cup for one season . After only one season and the 127th place in the Continental Cup overall ranking, Takeuchi ended his active ski jumping career in 1994.
