Mount Allison is a mountain in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . It rises in the Monument Nunatakkern 5 km northeast of Mount Stuart .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and using aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1960 and 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it after the American biologist Richard G. Allison, who worked from 1965 to 1966 and 1967 to 1968 worked on the McMurdo station .
