The Mount Finlayson is a 419 m high mountain in the Canadian province of British Columbia . It is located on Finlayson Arm, the end of Saanich Inlet, around 20 kilometers northwest of Victoria on Vancouver Island . The mountain is located in Goldstream Provincial Park and belongs to the Gowlland Range , as part of the Vancouver Island Ranges .
Mount Finlayson is named after Roderick Finlayson, a chief accountant for the Hudson's Bay Company .
