	The mountain ranges of the Vancouver Island Ranges

The Vancouver Island Ranges , formerly the Vancouver Island Mountains , extend mainly over Vancouver Island in the southwest of the Canadian province of British Columbia and are part of the Insular Mountains .

The mountain range extends over an area of around 31,788 km ² .

The Vancouver Island Ranges are made up of the following parts:
